In the spring of 2007 a pledge class was formed the like which no one had ever seen! They called themselves the "BEST class 'o7" and consisted of Alex Craig, Jacob Curtis, Justin Molter, Tim Bundy, John "Bones" Bonham, Nate Estrada, and Kamil Kosik. Though they would like to think they were the best thing since $5 footlongs, they were wrong. It was only with the guidance and support of the current Chi Phi Brothers that matured them for the task at hand, and the hard road ahead!

And the road would be a hard one. In 2007 the Epsilon Delta chapter only housed 17 Brothers with a few live outs. The mission was not an easy one for the current members living in, as low numbers meant bills werent being paid, and the impending fear of being shut-down and losing everything was looming.
With a "Chi Phi Stiffy" like no other, the house began to have a pulse again. Recruitment chairs as well as the Brotherhood stepped up to the plate, and basically started recruiting those willing to grab a bucket and help bail water out of a previously sinking ship. With everyone's efforts combined we saw 13 initiates the following fall '08 term.
With the house now doubled, Epsilon Delta began to see the beginnings of a working Fraternity and how much hard work could really pay off. The following spring '08 pledge class, consisted of another 6 initiates, who were ready to get right to work. That work however turned out to be much more than we bargained for or could have ever expected...
...We moved locations!
