The House Families

House families were created in order to establish a closer bond between brothers in the house. In somewhat of a mentoring process Big Brothers are given the duty to look after the best interest of the Little Brother he receives from each new pledge class. The Big Bro/Little Bro system has been a tradition of Epsilon Delta and is taken very seriously, as Families tend to compete against one in other to show superiority. But its all in good fun. So with out further ado, lets introduce them.
